Dzilnuciems: private house interior design in harmony with nature

The main goal of this interior design project was to create a warm and functional home that connects naturally with the exterior of the house and its pine-forest surroundings.

The interior design is based on a light, warm colour palette combined with natural wood elements. Yellow accents add character to the home office, while dark brown tones define the kitchen and green accents bring a sense of nature into the living room. Dark green is repeated in the bathrooms, creating a calm and cohesive feel throughout the house.

The living room, kitchen and dining area are designed to feel light and spacious, with views and direct access to the terrace. Large windows allow the surrounding nature to become part of the interior, while the chosen materials and colours create a visual connection between the home and its natural surroundings.
