Your data is used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and maintain communication regarding our ongoing collaboration. Your data is not used for marketing purposes without separate consent.

The legal basis for processing is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a possible contract, as well as the legitimate interest in maintaining client communication.

Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. The website and contact form are operated by Netlify, Inc. (101 2nd Street, San Francisco, USA). Data submitted through the contact form is stored by Netlify and forwarded to the email address specified in Section 2 of this privacy policy.

Netlify acts as a data processor under a data processing agreement. Transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area are carried out on the basis of the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or, where it does not apply, the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your data is not shared with any other service providers.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, or object to its processing. You also have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or to request that it be transferred to another data controller.
