Your interior starts with understanding how you live. I get to know your needs, preferences and lifestyle to create a functional and aesthetic solution designed around you and the way you use your home.

The service includes:

Design concept

  • a detailed questionnaire and discussion about your preferences, lifestyle and space needs
  • analysis of visual references and development of the design direction
  • moodboard, interior references, and colour and material palette

Functional layout

  • functional zoning and furniture arrangement
  • one or more suitable layout options, depending on the project
  • development of the chosen layout in 3D

3D visualizations

  • photorealistic 3D visualizations
  • at least two views of each room, with more views for larger spaces

Technical documentation

  • existing, demolition and construction plans
  • furniture layout and plumbing plans
  • lighting layout plan
  • socket and switch plans
  • lighting circuit plan
  • floor, wall and ceiling finish plans
  • wall and room elevations
  • kitchen layout and any other drawings required for the specific project

Material and element specifications

  • specifications for floor, wall and ceiling finishing materials
  • specifications for plumbing fixtures, interior doors and, where needed, windows

Furniture selection is not included in the base price of the design project and is offered as a separate service.
